Our mandate was a balanced approach to a central community where a business team would start its day. Our intent was to develop a culture of accountability and transparency. What we were imagining had to have instant impact on both people and data analysis. It was critical for it to be easy to understand and to visually address the different ways people respond to information. Efficiency and adaptability were keystones to the design. It had to be simple, and it is, so we decided not to work another day without it!
Turning this vision into something tangible created a tool that does a great deal for everyone that uses it. MyBizView remains very basic in its ability to mirror performance and quickly help users understand where opportunities exist. It's a great tool to help companies manage the way a business should be run because it makes everything so transparent. It keeps teams focused on core operational issues: Labor Management, Delivery Execution, and Loss Prevention, to name a few.
Over the course of the last 5 years we've seen companies make significant improvements in their peformance. Users have reduced voids, grown their businesses through better delivery execution, improved forecasting and labor management, reduced customer complaints, and engaged their teams with better coaching and more collaboration.
